ARMY CLOUD COMPUTING ENTERPRISE TRANSFORMATION (ACCENT)

Army Cloud Computing Enterprise Transformation (ACCENT) is the Army’s preferred contract vehicle to procure cloud computing, transition support, and application modernization services and is available for use by all DoD organizations. ACCENT provides the DoD organizations a contract vehicle to procure commercial cloud service offerings (CSO) and IT technical support to transition enterprise applications to a commercial cloud environment. The objective is to move designated IT applications, systems, and associated data to authorized commercial cloud service providers (CSP).

ACCENT Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) allow capability owners to obtain commercial cloud hosting services in any combination of service models, deployment models, and Cloud Impact Level as defined in the DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG), along with the transition support and modernization services required to move a system/ application to a cloud environment.

SBA 8(a)

The Small Business Administration’s minority business 8(a) program was established to help small minority firms compete for federal contracts. The 8(a) contract vehicle offers federal government buyers the following advantages:

  • Contracts can be sole sourced, no competition required up to $4M.
  • Administrative time is reduced resulting in faster awards.
  • Reduces paperwork.
  • 8(a) companies are required to perform 51% of the contract. This allows 8(a) companies to partner with and add other companies if additional capabilities are required under a contract.
  • Convenient option to meet the agencies’ commitment to small, minority and disadvantaged business development goals.

FAA eFAST

The Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) is the FAA’s preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts. eFAST streamlines the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards. eFAST supports the following contract types: Firm-Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, Time and Materials, Labor Hour and others as appropriate.

The GSA Group 70 Information Technology (IT-70) Federal Supply Schedule offers Federal agencies a streamlined procurement vehicle. Agencies can use this vehicle to obtain services and products for implementing information technology solutions that support organizational goals and business activities.

 

8(A) STARS III GWAC

8(a) STARS III, a small business set-aside GWAC, provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. This next-generation GWAC expands capabilities for emerging technologies. The 8(a) STARS III GWAC ordering period is a five year base with one three year option. The ceiling for 8(a) STARS III is $50 billion.

ITES-3S

The ITES-3S contract is the US Army’s mandatory source for the purchase of a full range of services and solutions within CONUS and OCONUS. The IT services solutions include but are not limited to the following Task Areas: Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Information Systems Security, Information Assurance, Information Technology Services, (CAD/CAE/CAM), Development, Software/Middleware Development, Enterprise Design Integration and Consolidation, Education/Training, Program/Project Management, Systems Operation and Maintenance and Network Support.

SEAPORT NEXT GENERATION(NXG)

SeaPort NxG is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring professional support services with the potential to span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy (DON). Ordering activities include Naval Sea Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Office of Naval Research, and the United States Marine Corps.
